Return and Replacement Policy

For unsuccessful deliveries/doorstep rejections, the Vendor on Jilito must always accept returns within 30 days from the Shipped date.

  • These returns will be sent directly back to the seller with no quality check by Jilito.

After successful delivery to the customer, the returns policy depends on the category as specified below. The most typical return reasons are:

  • Item was delivered in a physically damaged condition >> Always follow Jilito packaging guidelines!
  • Item has missing parts or accessories >> Always send the complete product!
  • Item is different from what was ordered >> Always make sure you send the exact product displayed on!
  • Item is no longer needed (wrong size, not as illustrated on the image, poor quality) >> Always ensure product description & images are accurate with the right level of detail!

All items must be returned by customers in original condition, with price tags intact, user manual, warranty cards, original accessories, and in the original manufacturer’s box.
